With over 45 years on the front lines of sales and sales training, I've lived that mastery many times over.

My name is Alasdair Cowan and I founded Salesmaster Scotland to bridge the gap between 'just selling' and truly performing.
From local businesses to major corporations, I've spent my career proving that sales isn't just a department - it's the heartbeat of every successful company.

History
My journey was NOT built up in a classroom, it WAS built on doorstops and in boardrooms.
I spent many years in the high pressure World of home improvements, mastering the art of direct selling.
​
Eventually I joined Scottish Gas, where I rose to become the 'Top Performing Salesperson' in Scotland.
I didn't just meet targets - I shattered them.
To this day I still hold the UK record for boiler sales volumes.
